Pinoy Chess Tournment sa Dubai

Filipino chess enthusiasts in Dubai recently held a tournament called “PNB Chess Cup 2018” at the Maharlika Café of the President Hotel in Karama. Posing for posterity are the winners and organizers from left: Joseph Rombaua (3rd place); Ferdie Pascual (PNB representative); Richard Perez (Top U-1800),; Reynaldo Gempero (2nd place); Marlon Pedarse (champion); Angelo Marcial (Top Unrated); Danny Vera, (Maharlika Café manager); and International Arbiter Augusto “Marz” Marcial (tournament director and chief arbiter).
