Pinay Accused of Sex Abuse

A Filipina domestic worker was accused in Tsuen Wan of sexually abusing her former employer’s four-year-old son.
The Filipina, with initials S.R.M. and aged 44, was charged with indecent assault after she allegedly fondled the boy’s genitals four years ago.
The boy’s mother reportedly discovered the incident after noticing that the boy was behaving differently. When she asked what happened, the boy, now eight years old, recalled what the Filipina allegedly did to him.
S.R.M. appeared at the Tsuen Wan Magistracy on August 6 but the prosecution asked that the case be adjourned to Sept. 2 as they were still waiting for the boy’s “psychological report” and legal advice.
The prosecution also asked the judge to issue a gag order to prohibit the publication and broadcast of details of the case that would lead to the identification of the alleged victim.
S.R.M.’s lawyer did not object to the prosecution’s petition for a gag order.
