Philippine Ambassador to Japan Manuel Lopez said they are checking if Filipinos are affected by the recent quakes in japan.

Speaking to ANC, Ambassador Lopez said they are ready to provide aid as well as help Filipinos there communicate with their relatives here in the Philippines.
