No Pinoy Hurt, Killed in Tunisia Attack
MANILA – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Thursday said that there were no Filipinos among the dead in the attack in Tunisia.
“Our office in Tunisia confirmed that no Filipinos were among the foreign tourists killed in Tunisia,” DFA Assistant Secretary Charles Jose said.
Reuters reported that over a dozen foreign tourists were killed gunmen wearing military uniforms stormed the Bardo museum inside parliament compound in central Tunis on Wednesday.
Among those killed were tourists from Japan, Italy, and Poland.
