Philippine Embassy Team Visits Hail

RIYADH — The Philippine Embassy’s consular outreach mission, Embassy on Wheels, visited Hail last week and provided services to 457 Filipino nationals living in the region.

Of the 457 consular services processed by the embassy team, 235 were passport renewals, eight notarials and six birth reports. The team also released 206 new passports.

Visitors filled 221 client feedback forms, out of 250 distributed. The client feedback mechanism is part of the embassy’s program to improve customer service.

The next Embassy on Wheels will be in Sakaka, Al-Jouf, on Friday-Saturday and will provide services to Filipinos living in the northern parts of Saudi Arabia.

The EOW will be held at Esteraha No. 7 at Asisiyah, Al-Laqait from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the first day and from 8 a.m. to 12 noon the second day.

The mission will accept passport applications and requests for civil registration and notarial services. However, in light of circumstances specific to the Al-Jouf EOW, all documents for civil registry and notarial services will be accepted but will be processed in Riyadh. An embassy representative will return to Al Jouf about a week later to release the notarized documents to clients.

The list of applicants who have appointments online for passport renewals will be posted on the website http://riyadhpe.dfa.gov.ph.
