Change in Visa System in These Two Countries

Muscat: The new Philippine visa stickers will be issued starting from October 2019, Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said on Thursday.

In a statement, it said: “For citizens and residents, the Philippine Embassy in Muscat has approved the adoption of two machine-readable visas as of October 2019. The new visas are of two types, with or without the applicant’s image, both of which are valid at present.”

Moreover, for citizens and residents about Schengen visa, the Italian Embassy in Muscat said that as of December 12, 2019, the visa sticker will be changed to the new format.
