South China Sea Code of Conduct may be Signed Soon

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is optimistic the Philippines and other claimant counties in the South China Sea can agree on a code of conduct in the disputed region. China, however, does not want the code of conduct to be legally binding. – The World Tonight, ANC, April 4, 2017
