Bad weather caused by Typhoon Ferdie (international name Meranti) has disrupted some flights on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016.

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced on its Twitter account that the following flights have been canceled as of posting time:

PAL Express:

  • 2P 2084/2085: Manila-Basco-Manila

Typhoon Ferdie has intensified and started to threaten extreme northern Luzon.

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number 3 has been raised over the Batanes Islands, the capital of which is Basco. —KG, GMA News
