3 Coronavirus Deaths, 4 New Infections

JEDDAH — There were three deaths and four new cases of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus in the Kingdom on Saturday, the Health Ministry announced. It said the deaths were in Hofuf and Taif while the new infections occurred in the former. According to the ministry, the virus has claimed 445 lives since it was first discovered in the Kingdom in September 2012. It said 561 of the infected people have recovered, seven cases are still under treatment in various hospitals and one case was quarantined in his own home.
