New Civil Engineers

Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes recently administered the oaths to five new Philippine civil engineers. They are, from left: Maricris R. Gerona, Kriszelda C. Cananua, Ivan Ismael C. Halasan, Danilo D. Jucar and Shannen S. Bautista.
