ANY INSURANCE COMPANY

IN THE INTEREST OF PROTECTING THE LICENSED RECRUITMENT AGENCIES and our foreign employers, PASEI would like to know whether or not ALL the insurance companies accredited by the Insurance Commission (IC) to participate in the Compulsory Insurance Coverage for Agency-Hired Workers mandated under Section 37-A of Republic Act No. 10022 are able to comply with their monetary obligations to the OCWs and to the licensed recruitment agencies.

This is very important considering that it is us – the licensed recruitment agencies – and/or our foreign employers who are paying the insurance premiums.

Remember the agencies and our foreign employers will be held liable should the insurance companies fail to comply with their monetary obligations.
